We are doing our part to combat the spread of COVID-19 by suspending wine tastings in our tasting room, therefore we will be selling wine by the bottle (don’t forget we also sell locally made summer sausages and cheeses) until March 31st. Online ordering will be coming soon along with wine shipments.
In the meantime, you can email or call us with your order. We will then deliver it to your car for curbside pick-up in our tasting room parking lot OR you can come inside the tasting room by appointment only to make your purchase in person. We will only be accepting credit cards as payment due to the risk of COVID-19 and handling cash. Egift cards are now available in case you want to lend support by purchasing a gift card instead of wine at this current time. Hello friends of White Tail Run,
We wanted to share with you our plans for mitigating the risk of contracting COVID-19 while visiting the tasting room. Our goals are to maintain the safety of our employees and patrons while also providing a local agricultural product (really good wine).
The CDC recommends the following steps which we will be following:
· Enhanced sanitation – using EPA certified sanitizer on surfaces and increasing the frequency of cleaning, providing hand sanitizer to staff and customers and maintaining sanitary dish washing temperatures and detergents.
· Social distancing of up to 6 feet – we will be limiting the number of visitors to our tasting room and will be putting more distance between chairs.
· Requesting staff not to report to work if they are sick.
· Implementing on-line ordering option – If you would like to purchase wine, but do not want to enter the tasting room please email us your order and we will deliver the order to your car in our parking lot. 21+ ID is required at the time of pick-up.
Thank you for your patience and trust in us. Our goal is to ensure that you remain confident in visiting our tasting room during these challenging circumstances. Your health and the health of our employees is always a priority.
